What we keep when you sign up
Last updated 6 November 2026
Your email address, and when you signed up
That's all the sign-up form keeps. We use it for one thing: to email you when there's room for you in Milestone1, with what you need to join.
Where it's kept
On our own server. We don't sell it, share it or use it for advertising, and this website has no cookies, trackers or analytics.
Like most websites, our server briefly keeps a record of each request, including your IP address, to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
How long
Until you've joined, or until you ask us to remove it.
Taking it off
Email support@milestone1.net from that address and we'll remove it. You can also ask what we hold about you.
